摘　　要：从正确理解学习型企业的涵义 ,建设高素质经营管理者队伍 ,开发职工创造力 ,创造良好的学习环境等四个方面论述了把济钢办成学习型企业应解决为什么学、怎么学。The problems to ought to solve 'why to study','how to study'and 'what to study'and how to guide staff and workers to consciontiously study in the process reconstructing Jinan iron and steel group into studying type enterprise are described from four aspects consisted of correctly understanding the meaning of studying type enterprise,constructing high quality troops of manager,developing the creative ability of staff and workers and creating good studying environment.
