摘　　要：近几十年来 ,危机管理在西方发达国家发展迅速 ,而我国在此方面的研究则与社会的发展极不同步。本文运用危机管理的理论阐明了心理危机的概念与特征 ,分析了大学生心理危机的产生原因及其表现 ,并针对大学生的心理危机提出了危机管理系统和预警系统。本研究以大学生作为研究对象 ,从心理危机入手 ,将危机管理和预警系统作为主要内容。In the past decades, the crisis management achieved r ap id development in the Western developed country, and our country is comparativel y straggling on the research of it This article uses the theory of the crisis management to explain the definition and characteristics of the mental crisis; a nalyzes the origin of college student's mental crisis and the representation of it; brings forward the crisis management system and the precaution system aimed at the mental crisis of college students This type of study regards college st udents as research object, regards mental crisis as entrance, regards crisis man agement and precaution system as the content of study There is no precedent ye t in the domestic education and study of the college mental health
