马尾松磨木浆丙酮抽出物的分离及分析

摘　　要：利用ＤＥＡＥ－Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ离子交换色谱和气相色谱－质谱联用技术，对马尾松磨木浆丙酮抽出物的化学成分进行了分离及分析。ＤＥＡＥ－Ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘ高子交换色谱可以把丙酮抽出物分离成中性组分、弱酸性组分和强酸性组分，中性组分皂化后可进一步分离成皂化物和不皂化物。利用气相色谱－质谱联用技术，对马尾松磨木浆丙酮抽出物中的弱酸性组分、皂化物和不皂化物的化学成分进行了分析，并分别检测出了一系列化合物。Acetone extractives in masson pine (Pinus massoniana lamb)groundwood pulp were isolated and analyzed through the employment of DEAE-Sephadex ion exchange chromatography and GC/MS.DEAE-Sephadex ion exchange chromatography fractionated the extractives into neutrals, weak acids and strong acids, and the neutrals were further separated into saponifiables and unsaponifiables through saponification.The chemical components of the weak acids, saponifiables and unsaponifiables in the extractives were analyzed by GC/MS technique and a series of compounds were identified.
