摘　　要：为了使高等学校更好地适应我国加入 WTO的需要 ,必须加强高等学校师生保护知识产权的意识。通过对高等学校知识产权保护工作的现状分析 ,找出了存在的问题 ,阐明加强高等学校知识产权保护的重要性并且力求去探讨应采取的策略和措施。In order to adapt China to join the WTO,and to enhance all the staff and the students′ awareness of the need to protect the intellectual property in colleges and universities,the paper analyses the present situation of the protection work,and discusses the existing problems and the importance of intellectual property protection.The author aims at exploring and discovering pratical measures and regulations to tackle the problems.
