摘　　要：本文报道Marfan综合征并发腹主动脉瘤5例,均采取动脉瘸切除、丝涤交织人造血管移植术。术后经54个月随访,1例于术后11个月因动脉瘤复发破裂死亡,4例效果良好。术中吻合口渗血是Marfan综合征患者手术的最严重并发症,采用真丝片包裹吻合口可起到减少渗血的作用。The abdominal aortic aneurysms in live patinets with Marran's syndrome were resected and replaced successfully with silk-dacron protheses. One patient died of rupture of recurrent aneurysm 11 months after operation and the other four had survived 45 months after operation. Hemorrhage at the anastomostic site was the most dangerous complication. Suturing silk-dacron strips over both proximal and distal aortic anastomoses may minimize bleeding.
