摘　　要：用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦及C2敏感性溶血覆盖技术调查了汉、维、苗、瑶、壮5个民族的C2多态现象,他们的C2*C基因频率依次是0.9654,0.9651,0.9500,0.9336及0.9252。其中汉、维、苗的数值与白人甚为相近,瑶族近似于日本人,壮族的数值为至今所知世界最低的,并与汉人数值差异显著。The C2 polymorphism of Han, Uigur, Miao, Yao and Zhuang Nations were investigated by hemolytic overlay technique after polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing oa plasmas, values of C2 C gene frequency for each population were as follows. Han 0.9654, Uigur 0.9651, miao 0.9500, Yao 0.9336 and Zhuang 0.9252. The first three (Han, Uigur and Miao) values were almost identical to Caucasians, and the Fourth (Yao) was close to Japanese. The Zhuang's value was so far the lowest over the world. The difference between the Zhuang's value and those of Han's was significant.
