摘 要:60年代,茶叶生物化学才在我国系统创建,在此以前的有关论著,都未超越茶叶化学或称茶叶成分化学的范畴。60年代以后,又由静态生化和动态生化体系,发展为以酶系统作用和调控为动力的茶叶特征成分生物合成和转化为中心的茶叶生物化学基本完善的新体系。80年代茶叶生物化学取得了全面的进展和深化,今后应着力于引用高新技术,瞄准学科发展的生长点,以适应现代社会生活和生产的需求。The course system of tea biochemistry in China was founded in the 1960s, Before-his decade,the trea-tises or books on tea biochemistry did never go beyond the scope of tea chemistry or the chemistry of tea com-positions. After the 1960s,the perfect system of tea biochemistry, centered on the biosynthesis and transfor-mation of tea characteristic constituents which is motivated and controlled by enzymatic catalysis, was devel-oped based on the static and kinetic systems of biochemistry.A dee and all-over development had been madeat tea biochemistry by the 1980s in china. Emphasis should be laid on adopting advanced techniques and on aiming at the growing points of the course to meet the modern social life and the development of tea produc-tion。
