摘　　要：提出了一种基于径向基函数（ＲａｄｉａｌＢａｓｉｓＦｕｎｃｔｉｏｎ，简称ＲＢＦ）网的水声信号自动识别系统，并在该系统中首次采用子波变换与傅里叶变换相结合的信号预处理与特征提取方法，与实验结果对照表明，该系统在分类准确率、训练时间及系统占用内存等指标上均显示出明显优势。An autumated system based on radial basis function network for recognizing underwateracoustic signals is presented. Wavelet transform and Fuurier transform are combined in the system forsignal pre-processing and feature extraeting. By cuniparison with the experiment results,this system isshown to be superior to other systems of the same kind in recognition accuracy,training time and stor-age volume,etc.
