摘　　要：本文给出了拟圆域的定义，证明了任一拟环域均可表示为复平面上某一圆环在拟共形映照下的像集，并将结论推广到多连通（ｎ＞２）拟圆域的情况。Abstract In this paper.the definition of quasi-circle region is given.it is proved each quasi-circle region is the image set of a quasiconformal mapping from a region whose boundaries are circles.
