摘　　要：根据近年来光互连对光栅衍时模式的要求，对矩型位相光栅进行了结构设计，以产生只含有０级和±１级，或只含有±１级的两种特殊的衍射模式，分别用于实现光学蝶形互连或操纵器网络互连等。论文给出了详细的计算和实验结果。In terms of the research and development of applicatons of grating interconnection in optical computing and information processing,this paper designs the sinusoidal phase grating in structure to give rise to two types of special diffractions which only include the zeroth and±1 order,or only±1 order for implementing Optical butterfly interconnection and manipulator network.paper gives detail calculaton and experiment results.
