摘　　要：进一步刻划了Ｎｏｅｔｈｅｒ半局部环是完备环的充要条件；并解决了在Ｎｏｅｔｈｅｒ半局部环的条件下，Ｇ－Ｍａｔｌｉｓ自反模的内射包络也是Ｇ－Ｍａｔｌｉｓ自反模的问题．in this paper,the sufficient and necessary conditions that a Noetherian semilocal ring is complete are further described I the problem that the envelope of a G-Maths reflexive module is also G-Matlis reflexive over Noetherian semilocal rings is solved.
