摘 要:色素既可选择性地吸收入射光,又可因其与基质不同的折射率而射入射光。因此着色材料的色素浓度影响着色素吸收与散射,也必将影响其颜色。本研究应用Kubelka-Munk理论,测试计算了不同色素浓度的Plat铸造陶瓷橙色着色剂的吸收系数与散射系数;测试了不同色素浓度的橙色、蓝色着色剂表面着色的Plat铸造陶瓷标本的颜色。结果表明:橙色着色剂色素浓度与着色剂的吸收系数、散射系数呈明显的正相关关系.随着橙色与蓝色着色剂色素浓度的增加,表面着色标本的色相无明显改变,其明度逐渐降低,饱和度逐渐增强。Abstract Pigment can not only selectively absorb the incident light,but alse scatter the light.So pigment concentration can influence the absorption and scattering of stains,This study was directed to investigate by Kubelka-Munk theory the effects of pigment concentration on the optical properties and color of Plat castable ceramic stains.Orange and blue stains with different pigment concentration were manifactured.The absorption and scattering coefficients of the orange stains with different pigment concentration were calculated by Kubelka-Munk theory and the color of stained samples with different pigment concentration were measured by a colorimeter.The results indicated that as the concentration of orange pigment increased, then the scattering and absorption coefficients of the stains raised, meanwhile,the value of stained samples decrease and and the chroma intensified.
