摘  要:本研究运用酶工程技术,采用以纤维素酶为主的多酶系统强化降解经一定方法预处理后的栽培食用菌废弃物(简称菌渣),以提高其作为饲料原料的营养水平和对畜禽的适口性.结果表明,采用预处理——酶解工艺可使菌渣中粗纤维含量从28.13%降低到16.23%~21.20%;可溶性粗蛋白可从1.11%提高到3.4%~4.58%;可溶性还原糖从0.91%提高到1.27%~4.38%.蛋白氨基酸提高1.15%,总游离氨基酸提高近6倍,必需氨基酸提高近8倍.用该工艺制取的菌渣以20%的量替代饲料用粮,各项生产性能均优于常规饲料组.说明采用酶解法是进一步利用食用菌废弃物,开辟饲料资源的有效途径之一.The process of treating waste residue from culturing edible mushroom with enzymatic engineering technology was studied. The results obtained from laboratory showed that with the technique of pre-treating and enzyme degradation the content of crude fiber in waste residue could be decreased from 28.13% to 16.23%-21.20%, the one of soluble reducing sugar and soluble protein could be increased from 0.91% to 1.27%-4.38% and from 1.11% to 3.40%-4.58%, respectively. The total free-amino acid and the essential amino acid were about 6 and 8 times higher than that of the control respectively. The feeding test in which 20% of waste residue prepared by the technics discussed above was substituted for cereals was conducted to determine the effects in feeding pig. The result showed that several economic targets such as daily weighting, feed reward and product cost in testing group were superior to ones in the control group. Therefore, this technique is one of efficient ways in further using waste residue of edible mushroom to tap new feed resources.
