摘 要:本文在对多种吸附剂和离子交换树脂进行筛选的基础上,获得了一种对乳酸具有优良吸附性能的弱碱型离子交换树脂,测定了乳酸在该树脂上的离子交换平衡数据,建立了数学模型,研究了其它无机盐的存在对离子交换平衡的影响,同时测量了乳酸在该树脂上的交换速率和穿透曲线.上述研究对于乳酸分离,特别是从稀溶液中分离乳酸提供了一种新的方法,对其它有机酸的分离也具有参考意义.From various ion-exchange resins and adsorbents,a kind of macroporous weakly basic anion-exchange resin D354 was selected to separate lactic acid. The ion-exchange isotherms of lactic acid on D354 resin at different temperature were measured. A mathematic model was suggested to simulate the experimental data.The experimental data showed that the simultaneous ion-exchange and physical adsorption existed in the lactic acid-D354 system.Also,the ion-exchange rate curves and the breakthrough curves of lactic acid solution in ion-exchange column were measured. The effects of inorganic salts on the ion exchange eguilibrium were studied, which showed that the inorganic salt in fermentation broth had little effect on ion-exchange.The experimental results were predicted by the simultaneous ion-exchange and adsorption model to give satisfactory simulation results.
