脑血栓患者血清β-胡萝卜素和维生素E与脂质过氧化的关系探讨  被引量:1

摘  要:本文测定了46例脑血栓病人,18例TIA病人及19例健康老年人的血清丙二醛(MDA),β-胡萝卜素(β-C)和维生素E(V-E)水平。结果显示:急性期脑血栓病人及TIA病人的血清MDA水乎高于对照组,有统计学意义;V-E水平则差别无统计学意义。本结果说明缺血性脑血管病患者β-C的消耗有增加趋势,可能与脑血栓病人血清MDA水平上升,脑损伤加重有关。而V-E抗脂质过氧化作用不明显,可能与混杂因素有关。Serum concentrations of malonic dialdehyde (M-DA),β-carotene (β-C)and vitamin E (VE) were measured in 19 normal subjects, 46 patients with cerebral thrombosis and 18 patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA). Results showed that in the group of cerebral thrombosis the level of serum MDA was significantly elevated (P<0. 01 ), and the level of serum β-C was significantly low when compared with controls (P<0. 05). In the group of TIA the level of serum MDA was significantly elevated (P<O. 05),and the level of serum β-C was significantly low (P<0. 05). Serum VE was not significantly changed among the three groups. The results indicated that there was an increasing β-C consumption in patients with ischemic cerebral vascular diseases, which may be due to elevated serum MDA and cerebral injuries. Increased anti-lipid-peroxidation of VE was not obvious,which may be due to various factors.
