蛋鸡饲喂沙棘果渣添加料的试验

摘　　要：将２４０只４０周龄“海赛红白杂交”蛋鸡随机分为４组，每组６０只。第１组为对照组（Ⅰ），饲喂基础日粮；其余３组在基础日粮中分别加入３％，５％，７％的沙棘果渣作为试验组（Ⅱ，Ⅲ，Ⅳ）。各组日粮的营养价值均达到了蛋鸡的营养水平。试验结果表明，加入沙棘果渣的各组和对照组比较，产蛋率、蛋品质以及蛋壳强度等变化差异显著（ｐ＜０．０５）。物别是加入沙棘果渣各组的蛋黄色泽，极显著高于对照组（ｐ＜（０．０１），并且有随着沙棘果渣的加入量的增加而增高的趋势。因此，沙棘果渣除可作饲料外，还可以用作１种新的增色添加剂。Two hundred and forty 40 week old Hai Sai red and white hybrid laying hens wererandom ly assigned to four groups.The first group fed with basal diet was set as control group; theother three groups fed with diet in which 3%,5%and 7%of residues of Hippophae rhamnoides L.were added respectively as trial groups.The diet formula of every group was prepared according to theChicken Feeding Standards.The results showed that there are significant difference(p< 0.05)of egg production,egg qualityand yolk color between trial groups and control group, especially in the trail group,the yolk color wasmuch thicker than that of control group(p<0.01),and with the increase of residues of Hippophaerhamnoides L. in the diet, the yolk color increase. So, we can say, residues of Hippophae rhamnoidesL. was used not only as fodder, but also as yolk color increasing additive.
