利用沉淀池进行海湾扇贝贝苗中间培育技术试验

摘　　要：将壳高５００～７００μｍ的出库稚贝放在沉淀池和养殖海区进行中间培育的对比试验，结果；经沉淀池培育到２～３ｍｍ再下海培育至５ｍｍ商品苗的保苗率为４３％，直接下海培育至商品苗的保苗率仅为１２％，商品苗规格基本相同。本试验开辟了海湾扇贝贝苗中间培育的新途径。A contrastive experiment was carried out on intermediate cultivation of Argopecten irradians seeds with shell height of 500～700μm out of the indoor breeding ponds both in the precipitatingpond and the farming sea area. The result showed: when the seeds were cultivated up to 2～3mm inshell height and then released into the sea to cultivate up to the commercial young scallops 5mm in shellheight,their survival rate was 43%,and when the seeds were directly cultivated up to the commercialyoung scallops in the sea,their survival rate was only 12%. The size of both commercial young scallops is the same.
