4例小儿急性混合细胞白血病细胞学、细胞遗传学及临床特征观察

摘　　要：报告４例小儿急性混合细胞白血病细胞学、细胞遣传学及临床特征观察结果．患儿平均年龄８．６岁，男女之比为３：１，３例为双克隆型，１例为双系列型。４例均检出染色体异常，其中３例累及９号染色体，２例为ｐｈ’。患者症状急重、肝脾肿大和浸润征明显，预后不良。The investigation on cytological ,Cytogenetic and Clinical features of four Cases of acute mixedleukemia in Children were reported in this article. Their mean age was. 6yrs , The ratio of male tofemale was 3 to 1. 3 Cases shown biclonal and 1 was bilineal characteristics on cytological aspect.Chromosomai abnormalities were found in four cases , and Chromosome 9 was involved in 3 patients.2 Cases had ph’ chromosome.To those whose onset syndromes and signs were severer, theirprognosiswere poor.
