急性白血病患者血浆16种游离氨基酸含量的检测

摘　　要：使用ＨＩＴＡＣＨＩ８３５－氨基酸自动分析仪对３０例急性白血病患者治疗前，１８例治疗后骨髓完全缓解和３３例合格献血员检测了血浆１６种游离氨基酸的含量。结果显示：１．３０例急性白血病患者治疗前血浆总游离氨基酸明显高于对照组（ｐ＜０．０１），其中谷氨酸、蛋氨酸水平明显升高（ｐ＜０．０５），丙氨酸、半胱氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸９种游离氨基酸也明显高于对照组（ｐ＜０．０１）。２．１８例急性白血病患者经治疗骨髓完全缓解血浆总游离氨基酸仍维持在治疗前的高水平。含硫氨基酸水平显著下降趋于正常，而组氨酸水平却高于治疗前。同时对急性白血病患者血浆游离氨基酸的变化进行了初步探讨。he level of16kinds of plasme free amino acid was assyed by HITACHI 835 AutomaticAnalytic Apparatus of Amino Acid in acute leukemia patients(30 untreated cases,18 completeremission cases)and 33 normal controlers. The results showed : 1. That the total plasma freeamino acid in 30 untreated AL was significantly higher than that in normal controls(p<0. 01 ),GIU and MET were much higherP<0.05),ALA,CYS,VAL,ILE,LEU,TYR,PHE,LYS,ACG were also higher(p<0).2. The total plasma free amino acdin 18 acuteleukemia with bone marrow CR still remains at a unchanged higher level. Only the level ofamino acid with suifhydryl group decreased significantly. The level of HIS increased to a higherlevel(p<0. 01 ) than normal controls. The change of plasma free amino acid in acute leukemiawas disscussed in the article.
