摘  要:香菇单核原生质体再生菌丝和孢子单核体菌丝的菌落形态、菌丝生长速度和羧甲基纤维素酶活性具有不同的变异系数,在相同交配型内,单核原生质体再生菌丝个体之间差异小,而孢子单核体菌丝个体之间变相大。经测定,单核原生质体再生菌丝杂交后代菌丝生长速度和羧甲基纤维素酶活性的广义遗传力分别为61.0%和88.8%。单核原生质体再生菌丝自交后代的菌丝生长速度和羧甲基纤维素酶活性均表现出较大的变幅。单核原生质体再生菌丝的回交后代出现以受体性状为主的变异趋势,进一步证明单双核杂交是对现有栽培菌株进行遗传改造的有效途径。There were different variation coefficients in colony morphorlogy, mycelium growth rate and cellulase activity between protoplasted monokaryon (PM) and sporulated monokaryon(SM), The variable range was small in PM population and large in SM population. The broad-sense heritability of mycelium growth rate and cellulase activity in progeny of PM mating was 61. 0% and 88. 8%, respectively. The self-bred progeny of PM showed a large variable range in the characters of mycelium growth rate and cellulase activity. The progeny of PM backcross showed a tendency of having more characters of parental acceptor, lt further verified that di-mono mating could be an effective method for the genetic improvement of cultivated strains.
