摘　　要：探讨了高校计算机教育规划的教育层次、基础教育、软件编程、硬件投入．指出非计算机专业的计算机教育，主要是应用知识和使用技能的培养．提出了“基础→编程→提高”的模式，介绍了深圳大学目前的做法．Four problems about plan of computer education in colleges and universities,i. e. arrangement of ideas in education,elementary education, programming and equipment putting are explored. It is pointed out that the computer education for non-computer speciality is mainly to foster student's knowledge of application and skills of using computer. Based on the practice in Shenzhen University,a model of 'base→programming→advance' is proposed.
