摘　　要：从扇贝边料中提取DNA,其收率为4.11%;分离纯化了卵磷脂,其收率为0.53%.In this paper, the extracting of DNA from leftover bits of scallops was discussed. Leftover bits of scallops contained 76% of DNA, collection rate was 4. 11%. Phosphatidy cholines was seperat-ed and purified and its collection rate was 0. 53%.
