摘　　要：本文应用外微分形式的理论，证明了热力学函数的局部存在性．同时指出热力学理论的外微分形式的表达，使得热力学的计算变得非常简单．In terms of the theory of exterior differential form, this paper proves that the thermodynamics functions are locally existed and further points out that exterior differentialform description of thermodynamics makes calculation in thermodynamics very easy.
