摘　　要：本文给出了交换环上二次模直交和的正交群的计算公式，对多项式环上的二次模，给出了一类子群的局部整体定理。In this paper we give a computation formula for orthogonal groups of the sum oftwo quadric modules over commutative rings.For the quadric modules over polynomial ring,wegive a local-golbal theorem for some subgroups of the quardic modules.
