摘 要:维氏固氮菌(Azotobacter vinelandii)γ1047诱变株在培养温度为30℃,摇床转速200r/min情况下,产海藻酸的最佳培养基为(g/L):蔗糖25,酵母膏1.0,NaAc1.5,CaSO_40.1,Na_2MoO_4 0.002,K_2HPO_4 0.4,摇瓶装量150ml/500ml三角瓶,发酵液起始pH6.5—7.0.发酵周期2—3天,海藻酸产量和蔗糖转化率分别达到8.25g/L和413.6mg海藻酸/g消耗的蔗糖.Influences of conditions on alginic acid-producing by Azotobacter vinelandii γ 1047 were studied at 30℃ and 200r/min. The optimum conditions were indicated as follows; sucrose, 25 g/L; yeast extract, 1. 0g/L; NaAc, 1. 5 g/L; CaSO4, 0. 1g/L; Na2MoO4, 0. 002g/L; K2HPO4,0. 4g/L; 150ml broth /500ml flask; initial pH 6. 5-7. 0 and fermentation time 2-3 days. The results showed that the yield of alginic acid was up to 8. 25g/L and the ratio of sucrose conversion was up to 413. 6mg alginic acid when 1 g sucrose was consumed under the optimum conditions above mentioned.
