摘　　要：新时期,世界竞争日益激烈,要想在竞争中取胜就要拥有高素质的人才,要培养高素质的人才就必须拥有高素质的教师。笔者就当前的形势,分析了高校教师应具备的基本素质。In the new era,world competition is becoming increasingly intense.To succeed in this competition,we need to have highly qualified talent;and fully qualified teachers are required in the training of such talent.The authors of the article analyze the current situation and the basic qualities college teachers should possess in the new era of competition.
