摘　　要：二级学院的人才现代管理非常重要 ,培养人才是其目标 ,故要实施“以人为本”的二级学院人才现代管理战略 。The modernized management of talents in secondary institutes is very important,and the talent cultiˉvation is its goal.Therefore,the modernized”people_oriented”strategy of management of talents in secondary institutes must be implemented,and the key work of the institutes should not be forgotten.
