摘　　要：在分析覆盖件冲压成形过程及回弹特点的基础上,基于静力隐式与动力显式相结合的混合算法,从回弹过程的 实际状态出发提出并实现了采用双重收敛判据的“有模—无模”的分阶段回弹预测方法,通过算例与现有ANSYS软件分 析及实验结果的比较,验证了该方法的有效性。On the basis of automotive panels processing and springback characteristic,in terms of the coupled explicit to implicit finite element procedure,a springback predicting method resulted from what is actually happening was proposed,which utilized double convergent criterion and divided the process of springback into touching and untouching two stages.Its validity was verified by comparing the calculated results of example with ANSYS and experiment results.
