摘  要:对山东省荣成市石岛镇大渔岛村91户398名散居渔民膳食结构及营养状况调查的结果表明:①蛋白质和热能人均摄入量占平均供给量的115.4%和112.2%,其它营养素除维生素B2占83.3%以外均摄入较充足。蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物的热量构成比分别为11.3%、27.6%、61.1%。②查体中未发现严重的营养缺乏症。③体重指数超过正常者占13.2%。④体重指数与收缩压、舒张压经相关回归分析,呈显著相关。⑤大渔岛居民头发锌含量高于泰安农民,铜、铁含量低于泰安农民。The authors investigated the nutritional status and food constitution of 91 households and 398 scattered dwelling fishermen in Dayudao Village, Shidao Town, Rongcheng City, Shandong Province. 1. The average intake of protein and calorie for one person is 115. 4 per cent and 112. 1 per cent of Recommended D1etary Allowance (RDA). Other nutrients are taken sufficiently, but the intake of riboflavin is only 83. 3 per cent of RDA. The constitution ratio of energy of protein, lipids and carbohydrates is 11. 3 per cent, 27. 6 per cent and 61. 1 per cent, respectively. 2. Serious deficient disease is not found in the course of physical examination. 3. 13. 2 per cent fishermen's weight index exceeds the normal's. 4. The correlation and regression analysis show that there is significant relationship between the weigbt index and sytolic pressure and diastolic pressure. 5.The content of Zn of the people's hair in Dayudao area is higher than that in Taian. The content of Ca and Fe is lower than that in Taian.
