摘  要:报道了一种油菜籽脱皮、低温压榨、膨化浸出制油新工艺。油菜籽用YTPG10 0型油菜籽脱皮机脱皮 ,其脱皮率高达 96 %以上 ,仁皮分离后 ,含皮仅 2 %的菜籽仁再经过LYZX·2 4型低温螺旋榨油机在常温至 6 5℃压榨制得低温压榨菜籽油。低温压榨菜籽油经沉淀和过滤后即得成品油 ,其质量接近菜籽油一级国家标准 (GB 15 36 - 1986 )。低温压榨饼经YPH·2 0型挤压膨化机组织化处理 ,形成多微孔颗粒膨化料 ,经溶剂浸出制得残油率 1%左右、蛋白质含量 4 6 %以上 (干基 )的菜籽粕。A new technology of preparing rapeseed oil by dehulling,low temperature pressing,extruding-expansion and solvent extraction was described.The dehulling rate with YTPG100 dehulling machine was more than 96%.After seperated with kernels and hulls separator,the hull content in rapeseed kernel was only 2%.The kernel with 2% hull was then pressed with LYZX·24 low temperature screw press under room temperature to 65℃ to get low temperature pressed rapeseed oil.The low temperature pressed rapeseed oil could reach the national standard(GB 1536-1986) of first grade rapeseed oil by precipitation and filtrate.The low temperature pressed rapeseed cake was then textured to form micro porous pellet material by YPH·100 extruder,followed solvent extraction,the rapeseed meal with 1% residual oil rate could be got,and its protein content was raised to more than 46%.
