华山松籽油中亚麻酸类型的确定及其在甘三酯中的分布

摘　　要：对华山松籽油的理化性质进行了测定 ,采用GC/MS联用仪分析其脂肪酸组成 ,确定了其中亚麻酸的双键位置 ,证明华山松籽油中的亚麻酸主要以γ -亚麻酸形式存在 ,γ -亚麻酸含量丰富 ,占总脂肪酸的 16 0 1%。为了进一步了解γ -亚麻酸在其甘油酯中的分布规律 ,采用柱层析纯化甘三酯、胰脂酶水解 ,TLC分离结合GC分析 ,得出了其脂肪酸在甘三酯中分布的初步分析结果。The physico-chemical properties was determined of Pinus armandi Franch oil,fatty acids composition and the double bond of linolenic acid was identified by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS),the stero distribution of fatty acids in Pinus armandi Franch was also analyzed.The result showed that there were 16.01% γ-linolenic acid in Pinus armandi Franch oil.
