摘　　要：文章阐述了当今时代人类自然观的转变和嘉陵江流域改变生态环境的迫切要求,提出了该流域生态经济建设的对策培育生态经济产业群,建设生态城市体系,发展教育和科技,为生态经济建设提供智力支持和人才保障。The article elaborates the changes of public's natural views nowadays and the urgent need of the improvements of the ecological environment around the JiaLinjiang valley. We have put forward the countermeasure to the promote of the construction of ecological economy focusly: fostering the ecological economic industial groups, establishing the ecological system of cities, devolping education 、science and technology, so as to supply sufficient intelligence and persons of talent for the establishment of ecological economy.
