摘　　要：随着终身教育观念的深入,成人教育越来越受到社会的重视,普通高校同样肩负成人教育的重任。普通高校的成人教育兼职教师对其办好成人教育起到至关重要的作用。目前,如何做好普通高校成人教育兼职教师的建设工作,是一个值得探讨的问题。As lifetime study accepted by more and more people, adult-education has caused wide public concern. And general colleges also play important roles in the field of adult-education. Part-time teachers come from common colleges contribute greatly to the adult-education. Recently, how to do the job of the construction of part-time teachers better is a considerable problem.
