摘　　要：作者对“音乐是健美操的灵魂”提出异议,并通过辨析健美操的概念、起源、发展和动作特点几个方面对“动作决定健美操的性质”进行论证,从而证实了“音乐是健美操灵魂”这一观点的错误性。The author raises an objection to the idea that music is the soul of calisthenics. The paper proves the argument that movements decide the styles of calisthenics in several aspects: the aspects are in the concept, origin, development and the characters of movements. Thus it confirms the error of the idea that music is the soul of calisthenics.
