摘　　要：网络组织组建过程中的一个最关键环节是伙伴选择,大量网络组织的失败都可以解释为在这一关键领域缺乏专业能力。传统的伙伴选择方法已不足以应付今天的挑战,在现在复杂的商务环境中,管理者需要新的思路和方法。本文通过分析传统的伙伴选择方法的缺陷讨论了一个新的联盟伙伴选择思路。One of the most crucial links in establishing network organizations is the choice of partners, and the lack of professional abilities leads to the failure of many network organizations as it happens in practice. Present complicated business conditions call for new ideas and approaches because the traditional ways of choosing partners can no longer meet current challenges. Through analyzing their defects, a nem way is suggested in this paper.
