摘　　要：“以人为本”的理念应贯穿高等教育发展的始终。本文重点探讨如何正确理解“以人为本”,高等教育发展为何要坚持“以人为本”的办学理念,以及怎样贯彻“以人为本”等方面的问题。The principle of the 'People-Oriented' should be run through the higher education development all the while. The thesis emphasizes on how to comprehend 'People-Oriented' properly, and why the development of the higher education should insist on the principle of the “People-Oriented” and how to carry out the principle .
