摘　　要：熙宁以来科场政策的更迭变化潜藏的文学观、人才观的争论 ,对文风、学风具有潜移默化的影响 ,其对辞赋的影响主要表现在 :律赋的创作在北宋后期文人的作品中比重减少 ,艺术性降低 ;辞赋论政之作减少 ,辞赋作为正经文体的地位下降、弱化 ;许多辞赋缺乏铺采文、广采众学的魄力。The change of policy concerning imperial examinations implies debates on literary and personnel outlook, which has implicit influences on style of writing and style of study, and its impacts on the creation of Cifu are as follows: Cifu accounts for a smaller ratio among literary works in late Northern Song period, Cifu has a lower artistic quality, there are fewer Cifus on political issues, Cifu's status as a formal style has lowered and weakened, and Cifu is no longer in a dominating position.
