摘　　要：简要介绍了生物传感器的基本原理。重点介绍了生物传感器在水质分析监测中的应用,主要有生化需氧量的测定、细菌总数、硫化物、有机农药、酚的测定等。同时探讨了生物传感器存在的不足,并展望了生物传感技术的发展和应用前景。The paper introduces briefly the working principle of biosensors. The application of the biosensors on the quality of water is discussed. The biosensors are used for determinating the BOD, the cell population, sulfide, organic pesticide, phenols and others. The shortcoming of the biosensors′ technology and a summary of biosensors′ prospects are discussed.
