摘 要:〔目的〕 通过用酶联免疫 (ELISA)与小白鼠生物法对麻痹性贝类毒素 (PSP)检测结果的比较研究 ,选择适合于对贝类毒素进行快速筛选的检测方法。〔方法〕 应用ELISA技术对贝类产品中PSP进行了检测试验 ,对10类、5 2份贝类样品进行了PSP含量的定量检测 ,同时进行了小鼠生物法检测 ,以进行比较。〔结果〕 表明ELISA与小白鼠生物法检测PSP的结果吻合程度很好 ,但当PSP含量较高时 ,则结果存在一定差异 ,可能ELISA方法更适合于检测PSP含量低的样品。〔结论〕 采用ELISA技术对PSP进行检测 ,具有检测限低、特异性高及阳性结果与其他方法相一致等优点 ,非常适合于对贝类毒素进行快速筛选和定量检测。This experiment has compared the results from ELISA and from biological method using mice for detection of PSP content in the product of shellfish. The results indicated two methods were identical extremely. But when the samples contained a high amount of PSP, the results were different to a certain extent. By reason that ELISA was more suitable for detecting low PSP content. In addition, this article has used ELISA for detection of PSP content in the product of shellfish. Ten kinds of Fifty two samples were detected quantitatively. The results indicated that the samples ratio were approximately 15%. which PSP content were more than safe limit, that was 80μg/100g,. The sensitivity of the ELISA method was lower than that of others. The assay was very specific, and furthermore, the positive results were identical with those using other methods. The established method was exactly fit for detecting shellfish poison rapidly.
