摘　　要：本文从分析教育以及义务教育的产品属性入手,说明学术界对于教育的产品属性一直存在争议,而具有公共性、普及性、强制性特征的义务教育应被视为公共产品,最后对义务教育的成本分担问题进行讨论。This paper analyses the economic feature of education and compulsory education, which shows that the academic has been discussing about the economic feature of education, the compulsory education with common,popular and compelling character should be treated as public goods.At the end of this paper,we'll discuss about cost sharing in compulsory education.
