加强和改进大学生就业教育的思考

摘　　要：就业教育作为大学生综合素质教育的重要组成部分,在人才培养以及就业工作中发挥着越来越重要的作用。加强大学生就业教育,要充分体现以人为本的思想,紧紧围绕人才培养、大学生就业这个主题,贯穿于学校教育和教学的全过程。提出并分析了高等院校在大学生就业教育中存在的诸多问题,对新形势下如何做好大学生就业教育工作,提高人才培养质量以及如何更好地为毕业生就业工作服务进行了探讨。从提高认识思想到位、领导重视组织到位、措施得利教育服务到位三个方面提出了加强大学生就业教育的建议和对策。The prospective employment education, as an integral part of the competence education of undergraduates, plays an important role in talent training and their employment. The university/college leadership and administration should be concerned to strengthen it humanly and carry it through the whole process of their university/college education. Analyses some problems concerning the prospective employment education of undergraduates and discusses how to work out a scheme for it under new social conditions so as to improve the quality of competence education and serve their employment. Some advices are given to leadership to improve the education and take properly measures to realize it.
