摘　　要：高校扩招后,学校体育物力资源相对不足,学生的整体身体素质有所下降。由此大学体育教学要从传统的体育教学模式中走出来,紧盯世界大学体育教学的发展方向,从教学的目标、内容、形式和方法上做出相应的改革。具体的对策是:更新教学方式与指导思想,培训体育师资,返聘退休教师,教学时间延伸。After the enlargement, the college material resources are comparatively short, the overall physique declines.Therefore, the sport teaching should outgrow the traditional teaching mold and perceive the sport teaching tendency of the world, reform the teaching object, content, form and method.The detailed countermeasures are: renew the teaching ways and guidelines, train the teachers, hire retired teachers and lengthen teaching time.
