摘　　要：进入21世纪广东金融犯罪在犯罪形式、特点、手段以及变化趋势等方面均发生了很大变化,通过对近四年来金融犯罪的现状透视入手,研究广东金融犯罪的多重复合型变化趋势,分析新型金融犯罪增加和产生的根源及金融犯罪导致的金融风险和社会不安定因素的危害后果,以及公安经侦工作应对金融犯罪变化趋势的思考。Great changes have taken place concerning the form, characteristics, instruments and trend of financial crimes in Guangdong province in 21st century. By looking into the status quo of financial crimes in the past four years, this paper attempts to analyze the multiple changes, the causes of new types of financial crimes and financial risks and social damages caused by such crimes.
