改革农业保险体制,促进农业经济发展

摘　　要：农业是国民经济的基础，我国农业正进行农业产业化改革，而目前我国农业是弱势产业，因而对农业的保险具有十分重要的意义；但是目前我国的农业保险体制落后，不能适应农业产业化的发展。本文从国家财政支持、保监会运营和监督、农业保险机构发挥职能、农户积极转变观念等几方面着手，改革现有的农业保险体制，建立国家财政支持型的农业保险体系。Agriclllture is that the basic agriculture of national economy,carrying out industrializationreform,and to be also weak quality estate,the insurance for agriculture has very important meaning;Butnow,the agricultural safe system of our country is backward,it can not meet the development of agriculturalindLlstrialization.The author think national financial support,instire ptison can Operation and supervisoand agncultural insurance device clevelop few aspects such as function and the positve change idea ofpeasant household,reform existing agricultural safe system,establish the agricultural safesysteln ofnationalfinancial support type.
