摘　　要：阐述了在环境管理中利用经济手段和建立环境经济政策体系的重要性 ;说明了环境价值的含义和环境定价的作用 ;提出了环境价格的原则 ;研究了环境定价的措施 ,提供了经济估值和环境政策决策的联系 ,以帮助决策者进行关于税收。This dissertation deals with the importance of employing economic lever and establishing environmental economy policy system. It explains the meaning, the functions, the principles and the measures for environmental price fixing. The relationship between economic evaluation and environmental policy is also expounded to help the policymakers decide on tax, charge, subsidy and so on.
