摘　　要：知识经济时代的竞争 ,是对人才的竞争 ,从根本上讲 ,是对教育的挑战 ;成人教育作为全民的、终身的、社会的、开放的和多样化的教育 ,实现成人教育现代化是知识经济的客观需要 ,同时知识经济对成人教育现代化又具有内在的要求。The competition in knowledge economy times is the competition of the ability of the people,therefore,as a social,opening and permanent education,vocational education must be modernized to meet the requirement of the time.
