摘　　要：中国已步入老龄社会行列,中老年人健康问题逐渐成为社会关注的焦点。通过文献分析,走访部分中老年人,阐述中老年养生的重要性和健康新理念,并对中老年人的养生、保健方法进行了探讨。China has stepped into an era of senior citizens, and the health problems of middle - aged and senior citizens are becoming the focus of attention of our society. This paper, by means of literature and interview, probes into the significance and the new concept of health, and different ways of health care of middle - aged and senior citizens.
