摘　　要：高科技时代遇到了新的人文境遇 ,必须拓展人文价值理性 ,建立人文价值主导管理模式 ,增强管理的“人性化”促进社会经济增长方式对资源需求的战略转移 。While hi-tech era meets new humane circumstance, the development of humane value reason should be developed, humane value-oriented management mode should be built. Strengthening the Humanization of management, thus, to improve the strategic shift of social economic increasing pattern to resource requirements, and to guarantee the sustainable development of modernization.
