摘 要:分析了半环型锥盘滚轮式无级变速器基本结构、工作原理及在半接触角和摆动角变化时诸如传动比、滑动率、接触区的自转角速度、传动效率、滑滚比、牵引系数等牵引传动特性。研究表明,存在一个半接触角使得无级变速器在整个速比范围内,滑动率较小,自转角速度的绝对值较小,传动效率也较高,滑滚比较小,牵引系数较大,牵引力较小。随着动力滚子半接触角的增大,接触区的压力随着摆动角的增大而减小,传动比会减小,速比范围也有所减小。The variable trends of transmission characteristics, such as the transmission ratio, the slipping ratio, the spin angular velocity at traction contact point, the transmission efficiency,and sliding-rolling ratio et al, of half-toroidal Traction Drive CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) were studied on the basis of analysis of its basic structure and transmission principle. The study shows that the slipping ratio is less, the spin angular velocity at traction contact point is also lower, the transmission efficiency is greater for all transmission ratios, the slipping-rolling ratio is less, the traction coefficient is greater and the traction force is less in full range of speed ratio when a contact angle is selected properly. Both the surface pressure at contact point and the transmission ratio are decreasing with the increasing of the tilt angle of power roller when the half contact angle becomes greater. But at the time, the range of speed ratio is lessen.
