摘　　要：目的 :建立果糖注射液的细菌内毒素检测法。方法 :根据中国药典 2 0 0 0年版二部收载的细菌内毒素检测法的要求进行实验。结果 :果糖注射液不需稀释 ,用标示灵敏度为 0 2 5EU/ml的鲎试剂作细菌内毒素检查是有效的。结论Objective:To establish an assay determination of endotoxin of fructose injection.Methods:The experiment was done according to the 2nd edition of Chinese pharmacopoeia.Results:It is unnecessary to dilute the fructose injection.The limulus reagent with labeled sensitivity of 0.25 EU/ml was effective for endotoxic test.Conclusion:The limulus reagent test can replace rabbit pyrogenic test.
